Our PORTAL offers its services under the General Terms and Conditions, and Cancellation Policies or variations described below, which have sufficient advertising considered to have been expressly accepted by the customer to make payment of certain service. General Terms and Conditions, and Cancellation Policies or variations may be modified at any time without prior notice to the customer. 


TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT

- Payment of service: The customer will pay the service using a credit card authorized on the site. The site operates with Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Maestro

- Data Register: The information you provide will be forwarded client via a secure connection so that the site guarantees the confidentiality required. The information will not be stored and will only be used for the implementation of the reservation and payment of the service, including special offers and new services. The customer is responsible to the veracity and authenticity of the information, so you should carefully review and confirm the content of the information before making payment.

- Purchase: The customer must properly select the service and the desired mode before payment, because done after undergoing Policy Cancellation or Variations.

- Prices: The prices of services and modalities are presented in the amounts and in the currency referred to explicitly. Refunds will be in the same amounts and currency, in accordance with Policy Cancellation or Variations.

- Customer Service and Complaints: Any questions, concerns, suggestions or complaints regarding services and procedures, will be addressed by the administration through the corporate email that is presented on the site ([email protected]), or by telephone call to the numbers that are credited to the same.


CANCELLATION POLICIES OR CHANGES

- Cancellations made up to 7 days before the service date, will be penalized with 15% of the purchased offer.

- Cancellations made between 7 and 3 days before the service date, will be penalized with 25% of the purchased offer.

- Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the service date, will be penalized with 70% of the purchased offer.

 

To request a cancellation or change in booked and paid service, the customer will have two options:

1) If you are a registered user, you can do so through the management of My Reservations.

2) Send the request to [email protected] from the email address registered on the reservation. In the message the customer must inform the contract code to be canceled and the reason for cancellation or variation.
